i appreciated the water features creating a soothing ambiance throughout the resort. the sound of flowing water was very relaxing. mr ahmed and mr ashraf were helpful. their professionalism and attention to detail.
The gym could use a little updating. Some of the equipment showed signs of wear.

i enjoyed the location of this resort (it was really a highlight). the gym offered a solid workout with a variety of equipment and a clean space, it had free weights and cardio machines. breakfast offered many choices and i especially enjoyed the fresh juices
the furniture in the room looked somewhat aged.

the private beach was great. i like the soft sand and clear water. breakfast had a big selection. i enjoyed the pastries and fresh fruit, also the gym includes three treadmills and several weight machines.
the furniture appear to be a bit worn.

the initial room was not up to par. it felt somewhat neglected , and the bathroom looked outdated. there was also an issue with the bathroom door , it got stuck. i reported it , but no one came to assist , we had to force it open ourselves.
